DynaClass Icons and Commands

Display Control Icons

Black Wedges - open and close portions of the of the display. For example, displays of a "Discussion" can be shown or hidden using the black wedges.
Blue Wedges - open and close levels of a discussion structure
TwistDown arrows - open and close the contents of an entry.

Buttons for Adding and Editing Entries

These icons are only available for users who are currently logged in.
Grab Links - click on this icon to add a link to the "Linkclipboarddoc".
Add Entry - click on this icon to create a new entry in the forum.
Edit Entry - click on this icon to edit a entry that you previously created.
Add or edit links - clickon this icon to edit a entry's links, or to add a new one from the "linkclipboarddoc"

The Command Bar


Command Bar found at the top of each DynaClass page

Edit Persona - This command is available only after you are logged in. More about Personas.

Top Level - Shows the Top Level of the forum, which consists of the Topics. Click on a topic to see its contents and discussion.

Forum Structure - Shows an outline containing every entry in DynaClass. The entries created by the current user are highlighted. A yellow ball marks the entry you came from (clicking on this line of the outline will return you to that entry). Click on a entry to go there. More information about the DynaClass Structure command.

Search - Brings up a page allowing you to search over all the entries in the forum. You can search for entries contributed by a particular person, or entries containing a specified word.

What's New - Shows a list of entrys contained in DynaClass, with the most recently created entrys at the top. The entrys created by the current user are highlighted. Click on a entry to go there.
