User is somewhat familiar with DynaSites, although only vaguely familiar with the group (people and interests) and the domain of OMOL.

1 - do a search in sources for "organizational memory"

2 - select Ackermann's Answer Garden Article

3 - note that the author is a link to his home page - this is a sense of indentity and community

4 - note Leysia's slides (twist the dodad if necessary) - note that leysia is member of local community

5 - note the keywords, these are links (does user know where they go?) click on Organizational Memory

6 - Now we're in DynaGloss (explain/read screen)

7 - Related Terms in DynaGloss

8 - Uses - note the documents (maybe follow one to OMOLproject?)

9 - Sources - return to sources (using the return link)

10 - Remember about Leysia - she is into adoption, right?

11 - Search for Palen - get nothing

12 - Follow HCI bib link - scroll to adoption

13 - Grab text and import into sources
