They must get in the way of work

Communication between Users and Developers is Key, but challenging . . .

Documentation should be editable & extensible by users

Users and Groups should be able to tailor thier information spaces

Integration between documents should be seamless

Need to go from instance to class to support integrated OM

Need to reimplement object hierarchy for robustness

There must be a core set of Consistent functionality

Need better support for Users and Groups
